The green arrow refers to the correlation between the Old and New Testament images.
The red arrow refers to the sequence of the Appointed Times / Feasts.
The Lord said to Moses, speak to the Israelites and say to them: “These are my appointed festivals, the appointed festivals of the Lord, which you are to proclaim as sacred assemblies.”
The Jewish word for festivals “Moede or Moeadim,” which is translated as appointed time, a festival. Why are the Appointed Times so relevant? These are the times God has biblically ordained and revealed from the beginning of time into eternity. They reveal the bigger picture supported by the foundational pillars of Judea/Christian faith.
Author’s Background and Motive
The author of this work originally wrote a book in obedience to revelation he received from the Lord, entitled, “Divine Revelation of the Baptisms.”This resulted from the physical appearance of Jesus Christ to him personally revealing the truth of the gospel of salvation at his rebirth and correction received in his Christian walk from the Spirit of the Lord as he encountered varying doctrinal beliefs within the Body of Christ. When writing the book, the author asked the Lord for more in-depth scriptural truth proving these revelations. The Lord graciously gave him three pillars. One pillar was for him to go and research the Jewish Festivals pertaining to the subject matter. Whilst researching as instructed, he observed startling evidence of how festivals thus far have been fulfilled in the New Covenant through Jesus Christ and correlated directly even to the very day and in instances to the very hour. This left a spiritual hunger and desire to complete a thorough study of all the Jewish Festivals relating to manifest New Covenant truth. Without doubt, this revealed that God’s plan for mankind has been truly predestined and there is indeed a “Bigger Picture!” This desire was finally accomplished after three years of study and research. On many occasions, where knowledge was unavailable and did not answer obvious gaps, hours and weeks were spent before the Lord in prayer asking for required breakthrough. These were always graciously given.
There is much knowledge of the feasts fulfilled to date, also more commonly known as the Spring Feasts. These being:
The Feast of Passover (Pesach) fulfilled by Jesus’ Crucifixion
The Feast of Unleavened Bread (Pesach) fulfilled by Jesus’ death and resurrection
The Feast of First Fruits (Pesach) fulfilled by Jesus’ Resurrection and his appearing to many
The Feast of Weeks (Shavuot) fulfilled by Pentecost
Existing knowledge of the last feasts, known as the fall feasts, becomes less and more speculative. The author set out to discard any previous knowledge from any denomination or Church and to only take scripture relating to the Jewish Feasts and corresponding scripture from the New Testament. This was built on precept, upon precept until there was interlocking scripture and truth. Research came from segments of countless books, internet information and a mass of websites tracing lines of authenticity and matching truths. These are all far too numerous to recollect.
This work, although there will always be additional revelation and knowledge, is now at a point where it can be released and is thus offered to those in the Body of Christ. Hopefully, blessing may prevail.
A conclusion of this work revealed that without clear knowledge of the Jewish Festivals and corresponding New Covenant truth, interpretation and understanding of scripture can be widespread and seemingly contradictive. This is one of the causes of division and doctrinal difference within the Body of Christ. Hopefully and prayerfully, this work offering may go some way to bringing further unity within the Body of Christ.
